Sophomore Allison Watts earned Lake Forest's only point in the Forester women's tennis team's 8-1 loss to Berry College in Orlando, Florida, on Wednesday.
Watts won 8-2 at #3 singles to avoid a sweep by the Knights. The victory also allowed her to climb back over the .500 mark with an 11-10 record in singles this season.
The loss evened the Foresters record on the year at 8-8 while Berry improved to 4-2.
After returning from the team's Spring Break trip, Lake Forest will have a few weeks off from competition before hosting Concordia University Chicago for Parents Day on Friday, April 7. The contest will begin at 3:30 p.m.
