Lake Forest Finishes the Year at the St. Norbert Invitational

The Forester women's golf team completed its inaugural season as a varsity sport y placing third at the St. Norbert Invitational on Sunday. Junior Alex Dunn led Lake Forest and placed fourth out of 15 golfers with a round of 101.

Dunn was nine strokes better on the back nine (46) than the front (55). It was the first time this year that she posted the Foresters' best score.

Freshman Frankie Corrado was tied for seventh place just four shots behind Dunn while junior Michelle Ricolcol was third on the team with a 122 and senior Brooke Perkins was fourth at 123.

St. Norbert College won the three-team competition with a round of 397 and Wisconsin Lutheran College was second at 422. The Foresters rounded out the field with a score of 451.

Perkins is the only player the team will lose to graduation next month.
