The Forester men's hockey team was defeated 4-0 by visiting Milwaukee School of Engineering Friday night.
Lake Forest outshot the visitors 14-12 during the opening period but the Raiders netted the only goal of the first 20 minutes with just 32 seconds on the clock.
M.S.O.E. added a power play score at 3:37 and a four-on-four goal at 13:33 in the second. The Raiders had a 12-11 edge in shots on goal during the period.
The final score of the contest was a short-handed goal by the visitors with 2:29 to play in the game.
M.S.O.E. finished the night with 35 shots on goal to the Foresters' 33. Lake Forest senior Marc Stuart had 17 saves in 20 chances and junior Brendan Sullivan was 14-for-15 in the final 26 minutes of the game.
The Foresters fell to 3-19-0 overall this season and 3-14-0 in Midwest Collegiate Hockey Association play. M.S.O.E., the 12th-ranked team in the nation, is now 16-5-1 overall and 13-3-1 in the league.
The same two teams will face off in Milwaukee tomorrow night at 7:00.
