The Lake Forest College women's golf schedule for the fall of 2021 was released on Friday.
The Foresters will open the season with a dual match against Wisconsin Lutheran College on Sunday, August 29. Lake Forest is 19-0 all-time in dual matches.
Lake Forest will play in two-day tournaments during each of the four weekends in September, beginning with Carthage College's Battle on the Border. The team's only 18-hole event of the month is the Elmhurst College Bluejay Invite on the 7th, while will be followed by Benedictine University's Midwest Region Fall Classic on the weekend. Marian University and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater will host the other two-day tournaments.
The only 54-hole event of the year for the Foresters is the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship Tournament, which will be played at The Rail Golf Course in Springfield, Illinois, October 9-11. Lake Forest was the runner-up at the conference championship this spring after placing third in the league in 2019-20.
The 2021-22 season with be the fifth for the team under head coach Sean O'Malley.
