The Foresters won every event as the men's team won 121-66 and women's squad posted a 153-73 victory over Ripon College at home on Saturday.

Double individual event winners included freshman Rachel Trevillion in the 200m-IM (2:41.33) and 100-backstroke (1:12.64), Toni Corbani in the 200m-freestyle (2:18.12) and 400m-freestyle (4:51.78), and James Haney in the 100m-butterfly (1:01.98) and 400m-freestyle (4:28.74).

Corbani also swam a leg on the victorious 200m-freestyle relay, which finished in 1:58.14 and included juniors Brigit Dunne and Lily McCarthy, as well as senior Emily Bowens. Bowens and Dunne, who won the 50m-freestyle (28.75) and 100m-freestyle (1:04.69), also joined senior Lauren Dalecky and freshman Kelsery Mitchell in a victory in the 200m-medley relay (2:07.66). Dalecky touched the wall first in the 100m-breaststroke in 1:18.79, freshman Ani Karagianis prevailed in the women's 800m-freestyle in 10:05.56, and freshman Hannah Stinson took the 100m-butterfly in 1:13.78.

On the men's side junior David Bunting won three times on the day, claiming a victory in the 100m-backstroke in 1:03.18 and contributing to triumphs on both relays. He was joined by sophomore Freddie Weichmann, senior Josh Georgeff, and freshman Jordan Jacob on the 200m-medley relay (1:54.85) and by seniors Orion Huey, Sam Freedberg, and Travis Johnson on the final event of the meet, the 200-freestyle relay (1:39.98). Johnson also won the 50m-freestyle in 25.76 seconds, Huey the 200m-IM in 2:17.72, Freedberg the 100m-freestyle in 55.75 seconds, and Georgeff the 100m-breaststroke in 1:11.58. In addition, seniors Sean Flanigan and Chris Martinez took the 800m-freestyle (9:35.59) and 200m-freestyle (2:03.52), respectively.

Lake Forest had the only divers in the meet and they were impressive as well. Sophomore Heath Ogawa set a program record with a 6-dive score of 345.80 off the 3-meter board and finished with 303.90 points in the 1-meter competition. Freshman Lizzie Johns was the top women's diver, tallying 201.45 points in the 1-meter event and 204.60 off the higher board.

The Forester men are now 2-1 and the women 1-2 in dual meets so far this season. Ripon's men's team is also 2-1 and the women fell to 0-3.

Lake Forest will compete in its first invitational of the season, the University of Chicago's Phoenix Fall Classic, next weekend. Events will begin at 10:00 in the morning on Saturday and Sunday.
