Four Foresters Named ITA Scholar-Athletes, Lake Forest an ITA All-Academic TeamJuly 22, 2015The Intercollegiate Tennis Association recently released the list of 2014-15 ITA Scholar Athletes as well as this year's All-Academic Teams. Four Forester women earned the individual honor and Lake Forest also made the cut as a team.

Lake Forest's Season Ends in MWC Tournament SemifinalsApril 24, 2015The Forester women's tennis team was defeated 5-1 by Midwest Conference champion St. Norbert College in the semifinals of the conference tournament on Friday. A Lake Forest victory at #1 doubles was the team-high 36th win of the year for junior Grace Dowling.

Forester senior Leslie Walton was honored before posting victories in both doubles and singles play in her final career home match.

Foresters Drop a Pair of Matches at CarthageApril 12, 2015The Lake Forest College women's tennis team was defeated 9-0 at Carthage College and 6-3 by Concordia University Wisconsin on Sunday. After nearly defeating the ninth-ranked doubles team in the region in the first match of the day, Forester juniors Grace Dowling and Christi Valicenti accounted for all of the team's points in the second.

Foresters Split a Pair of Matches at AugustanaMarch 28, 2015The Lake Forest College women's tennis team defeated Principia College but fell 8-1 to host Augustana College on Saturday. Sophomore Lexi Chionis was victorious in both doubles and singles play in the win over Principia.

Foresters Finish Off Spring Break with Victory over SUNY OneontaMarch 12, 2015The Lake Forest College women's tennis team defeated State University of New York Oneonta 7-2 on Thursday in Florida. Sophomore Lexi Chionis was one of three Foresters to win twice on the day.

Lake Forest Drops a Pair on WednesdayMarch 11, 2015The Forester women's tennis team was defeated 7-2 by Oglethorpe University and 9-0 by Seton Hill University in Orlando, Florida, on Wednesday. Lake Forest junior Grace Dowling contributed to both of the team's points against Oglethorpe.

Foresters Qualify for MWC Tournament Despite 5-4 Loss at GrinnellOctober 11, 2014The Forester women's tennis team was edged out 5-4 at Grinnell College on Saturday. Junior Grace Dowling and senior Gracie Mullins earned their 33rd career victory as a doubles team, breaking a 15-year-old program record. Despite the loss, Lake Forest qualified for a berth in the four-team Midwest Conference Tournament thanks to results elsewhere in the league.

Foresters Defeat Illinois College and Monmouth in MWC PlayOctober 04, 2014The Lake Forest College women's tennis team hosted and defeated Illinois College and Monmouth College by the same 9-0 score on Saturday. Forester junior Christi Valicenti went 3-0 on the day and is now tied for fourth place in program history with 88 career victories.

Saturday's Women's Tennis Matches Moved Inside to Different LocationsOctober 03, 2014Due to the weather forecast, the Forester women's tennis team's matches on Saturday have been moved indoors. Lake Forest will host Illinois College at 8:30 a.m. at College Park Athletic Club in Bannockburn and Monmouth College at 3:00 p.m. at the Racquet Club of Lake Bluff.

Highlighting the tournament for the Foresters was the play of junior Christi Valicenti, who won twice to advance to the round of 32 in singles.
