Jaron Eanes returned to his alma mater as part of the coaching staff in 2022. He works directly with the team's linebackers.
Eanes spent the last three seasons as the defensive coordinator at Chicago Hope Academy. He helped lead the Eagles to a 17-9 record with eight shutouts, including a school record five in 2021. Eanes was also the defensive coordinator at Whitney Young High School in Chicago in 2018. The Dolphins were 9-0 with three shutouts that season and claimed a Chicago Public School League Madison Street Division championship.
A defensive lineman for the Forester football team from 2006-09, Eanes racked up 193 career tackles and still ranks fourth in program history with 39.5 tackles for loss and tied-for-ninth with 12.5 sacks. He was named Second Team All-Midwest Conference as a sophomore and senior and added an Honorable Mention All-MWC selection his junior year.
Eanes also works at Baxter International as a Talent Acquisition Partner
