The Midwest Conference announced its Academic All-MWC honorees for 2013-14 on Wednesday. Lake Forest College student-athletes tallied 78 selections, the most in school history, in 13 sports.
The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) announced Tuesday the members of the 2014 NFF Hampshire Honor Society, which is comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college career. A total of 838 players from 267 schools qualified for membership in the society's seventh year, including Lake Forest College's Ed Dobernig, Michael Garetto-Balmer, and Jake Rotkvich.
