Lake Forest Falls at Trinity International University

The Forester volleyball team was defeated in three sets (25-14,
25-22, 25-18) at Trinity International University Wednesday night.
Lake Forest is now 9-11 overall this season.
Sophomore Molly McCloskey led the visitors with 10 kills and she
added 13 digs for her third consecutive double-double and sixth
this season. Classmates Tia Rupnik and Cori Cooper also reached
double figures with 14 and 11 digs, respectively. Senior Deena
Blanchard led the squad with 19 assists and a pair of aces.
Lake Forest will resume Midwest Conference play next Thursday
evening at 6:30 at Knox College. The Foresters will continue their
league schedule on Saturday, October 16, against visiting Ripon
College. That match will begin at 11:00 a.m. and the team will also
host Elmhurst College at 3:00 p.m.
