The Lake Forest College men's hockey team was defeated 6-0 at St. Olaf College Friday night. The non-conference loss dropped the Foresters' overall record on the season to 2-6-0.
The Oles took control of the game by scoring four times on nine shots in the opening period. Lake Forest put seven shots on goal in the period.
The home team out-shot the Foresters 19-7 in a scoreless second period and 12-5 while tacking on two more goals in the third.
The same two teams will face off again tomorrow afternoon at 2:00.
