The 2019 United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America Teams were announced on Wednesday and Lake Forest College's Gaston Aubert was a Third Team selection.
Aubert, a senior forward and finance major, was also named Second Team Academic All-North/Central Region by the United Soccer Coaches on Monday and was a First Team All-Midwest Conference selection this season. He scored 11 goals and ranked among the national leaders with a league-high 15 assists and 37 points this year.
Wednesday's honor caps off a stellar career that saw Aubert finish among the program's all-time leaders with 84 points on 30 goals and 24 assists in his career. He was named Second Team All-MWC following his sophomore and junior seasons and earned Academic All-MWC accolades four times. He played in the NCAA Division III Tournament as a freshman and junior and helped lead the Foresters to a conference title as a sophomore.
Lake Forest finished 2019 with an overall record of 10-8-1 and tied for first place in the league standings at 8-1-0 in conference play.
