Foresters Earn 78 Academic All-Midwest Conference Honors
July 09, 2014The Midwest Conference announced its Academic All-MWC honorees for 2013-14 on Wednesday. Lake Forest College student-athletes tallied 78 selections, the most in school history, in 13 sports. -

Lake Forest Closes Out Season at NCAA Regional Meet
November 16, 2013The Forester cross country teams placed 26th in the women's team standings and 28th on the men's side at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional on Saturday. Lake Forest senior Viktoria Baldacci was the women's team's top runner with a career-best 6K time of 24:16.2 in her final collegiate race.

Forester Women Climb to Fifth, Men Seventh at MWC Championships
November 02, 2013The Lake Forest College cross country teams competed in the Midwest Conference Championships in Grinnell, Iowa, on Saturday. The Forester women, paced by All-MWC freshman Jenna Koerner, placed fifth in the team standings and the men were seventh.

Midwest Conference Championship Meet Preview
October 30, 2013(from midwestconference.org) The 2013 Midwest Conference Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships will take place Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Oakland Acres Golf Club in Grinnell, Iowa. Grinnell College will host the event which will kick off with the women’s 6k championship at 11 a.m. and conclude with the men’s 8k run at 12:00 p.m.

Foresters Compete with more than 1,000 Other Runners at Brooks Invitational
October 19, 2013The Lake Forest College cross country teams competed at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh's Brooks Invitational on Saturday against more than 1,000 other collegiate runners. Freshman Kristen Whitney led the Forester women to a 26th-place finish and the men were 30th.

September 21, 2013The Lake Forest College cross country teams competed at Wheaton College's Gil Dodds Invitational on Saturday. The Forester women placed sixth and the men ninth. Freshmen Jenna Koerner and Kristen Whitney posted 6-kilometer times that rank among the top 25 in team history.

Freshmen Lead Foresters at Tom Barry Invitational
August 31, 2013The Lake Forest women's cross country team placed sixth and the men eighth at the season-opening Tom Barry Invitational on Saturday. Freshman Sintayehu Regassa led the Forester men's team in 27th place and Andrea Lorch was the program's top female in 13th.

Senior cross country team member and captain, Thomas Beilke ’14, took that leap of faith and could not be happier with his decision.
