Albert Greene

The 2024 season will be Albert Greene's fourth working with the sprinters in the Forester track program and his 10th as a member of the Lake Forest coaching staff. He has also served as an assistant football coach since 2014.

Lake Forest sprinters set 15 school records during the 2023 indoor and outdoor season. AJ Jones was sixth in the women's 60m dash at the Midwest Conference Indoor Championships and the 100m dash at the MWC Outdoor Meet. Mary Radziewicz and Matthew Lungu also turned in sixth-place conference finishes outdoors in the women's 200m and men's 400m, respectively.

Greene is a 2006 graduate of Monmouth College, where he was a starter as a sophomore on the football team. He was also an All-American in the triple jump and Midwest Conference champion in the long jump and triple jump for the Fighting Scots’ track and field team.

Since graduating from Monmouth with a degree in communication, Greene has served as an assistant track and field coach and head jumps coach at both the high school and collegiate levels.

Greene is also an internship specialist in the College's Career Advancement Center. He lives in Schaumburg with his wife Tiffany and children McKiah and Blaze.
