Liz Radtke Earns First Team All-Midwest Conference Honors

The 2012-13 All-Midwest Conference women's basketball teams were released on Wednesday and Lake Forest College's Liz Radtke was one of six First Team selections.
Radtke, a senior forward, ranked third in the conference in scoring (15.4 ppg), eight in assists (2.6 apg), 11th in field goal percentage (.459), 12th in rebounding (6.3 rpg), and 13th in steals (1.9 spg). She led the Foresters or tied for the team lead in scoring in 15 of her 21 appearances and finished with at least 10 points 19 times, including in each of her last 15 games.
Radtke scored 323 points this season, including 104 on free throws, the fifth-highest single-season total in program history. She also finished fifth in team annals with 243 career free throws made.
Lake Forest posted an overall record of 52-42 during Radtke's four seasons on the team and she made 83 starts, including 21 this year. She was also a Second Team All-MWC selection in 2011-12 and a team captain this season.
