Foresters Finish Off 2014-15 with Record Number of Academic All-Conference Honorees

Foresters' 2015 Schedule Released
March 30, 2015The Lake Forest College Athletic Department released the Foresters' 2015 cross country schedule on Monday. School record-holders Kristen Whitney and Mansur Soeleman return as the team looks to improve on the best season in program history.

Foresters Close out the Season at NCAA Regional Meet
November 15, 2014The Lake Forest College men's and women's cross country teams each placed 18th at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Meet on Saturday. Sophomore Kristen Whitney became the first Forester in program history to complete a 6-kilometer course in less than 23 minutes.

Forester Men Place Third, Women Fifth at MWC Championships
November 01, 2014The Lake Forest College cross country teams posted the best collective finish in program history at the Midwest Conference Meet on Saturday, placing third on the men's side and fifth in the women's standings. Sophomore Mansur Soeleman ran the fastest 8-kilometer time in team history and was one of six Foresters to earn All-MWC honors.

Foresters to Compete in MWC Championships on Saturday
October 29, 2014The Lake Forest College cross country teams will participate in the 2014 Midwest Conference Championship Meet at Reid Municipal Golf Course in Appleton, Wisconsin, on Saturday. The men's 8K race will start and 11:00 a.m. and the women's 6K will begin at noon.

Whitney Sets School Record, Derry Comes Close at AAE Invitational
October 18, 2014The Lake Forest College cross country teams competed at the well-attended UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational at Lake Breeze Golf Course in Winneconne, Wisconsin, on Saturday. Forester sophomore Kristen Whitney ran the fastest 6-kilometer time in program history and classmate John Derry's 8K time ranks second.
