Lake Forest Finishes 2009 at the NCAA Regional Meet
November 14, 2009The Forester cross country teams closed out the 2009 season at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional on Saturday (November 14). Lake Forest's women placed 25th and the men 38th at the event, which was hosted by UW-Oshkosh at Lake Breeze Golf Course in Winneconne, Wisconsin. UW-Eau Claire won the women's competition and North Central College the men's.

Foresters Run at Midwest Conference Championship Meet
October 31, 2009The Lake Forest College cross country teams competed at the Midwest Conference Championship Meet on Saturday (October 31). The Forester women placed eighth and the men 10th. Grinnell College won both the women's and men's competition. The event was hosted by Beloit College at Rock Cut State Park in Rockford, Illinois.

Lake Forest Runners among More Than 1,000 in Brooks Invitational

More than 1,000 runners and 18 of the top 25 women's and men's teams in the nation participated in the meet.

October 03, 2009The Forester cross country teams competed at Wisconsin Lutheran College's Warrior Invitational on Saturday (October 3). Lake Forest placed third in the women's race and sixth in the men's. Judson College finished first out of 15 women's teams and 14 men's squads.

September 26, 2009The Lake Forest College cross country teams hosted the Forester Invitational at Half Day and Wright Woods Forest Preserves on Saturday (September 26). The Foresters women placed fifth out of 11 complete teams and the men finished ninth. Illinois Institute of Technology won both the women's and men's team competition.

The Forester women placed third out of 10 complete teams, trailing only first-place St. Norbert College and runner-up Concordia Wisconsin. Lake Forest's men finished eighth out of 13 teams. Waubonsee Community College was the men's team champion.

Peter Sullivan and Ryann Freeman Lead Foresters at Tom Barry Invitational
September 05, 2009The Lake Forest College cross country teams opened the season at the Tom Barry Invitational in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on Saturday (September 5). The Forester women placed eighth out of 14 teams and the men ninth out of a dozen. Carroll University won the women's competition and host St. Norbert College claimed first in the men's race.
