Ryan Mount joined the Forester cross country and track coaching staff during the spring of 2023.
Lake Forest set 15 program records during the 2022 indoor and outdoor track seasons.
A 2022 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, Mount spent two seasons on the Falcon cross country team and one in track. He competed primarily in the distance events.
