On the men's side, sophomore Leo Canales and junior Anthony Collado prevailed in the Open Consolation round of 16 before meeting up in the quarterfinals, where Canales came from behind to edge out Collado 15-21, 21-12, 10-10. He then fell to the eventual bracket champion in the semifinals.

Sophomore Ricardo Palma was one of two Foresters competing in the Men's A division. He dropped the first game in the round of 16 but took the second and the tiebreaker to advance to the quarterfinals, where he repeated that feat to reach the semifinal round. He was then knocked off by the eventual champion. A tiebreaker was also need in both of senior John Snider's matches in the bracket. He won 13-21, 21-13, 11-5 in the round of 16 before falling 21-13, 18-21, 11-7 in the quarterfinals.
