A.J. Rodino returned to his alma mater in 2017 to work with the team’s running backs and wide receivers.
Rodino saw action at quarterback and wide receiver during his Forester career. He helped the 2002 team capture a Midwest Conference championship and Lake Forest was 29-15 in his 44 appearances from 2001-05. Rodino came back for a fifth year after suffering a season-ending injury early in the 2004 season and served as a team captain and was named Honorable Mention All-MWC in 2005.
Also successful in the classroom, Rodino was a two-time Academic All-MWC honoree. The versatile athlete received a varsity letter in swimming and diving in addition to handball while at the College.
Rodino later earned a master’s degree in business administration (organizational behavior) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and is now a finance and accounting manager at the institution.
