The A-Team is comprised of student-athletes who received straight A’s in either the 2015 fall or 2015 spring semester.

Foresters Close Out the Year with Best Round in Team HistoryApril 23, 2016Sophomore Frankie Corrado shot at 86 on Friday and freshmen Kalay Kotasek and Anhayte Guajardo repeated the feat on Saturday as the Lake Forest College women's golf team placed 12th at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Spring Fling over the weekend.

Foresters Finish First at Elmhurst InviteApril 19, 2016Freshman Kalay Kotasek led the squad with a 91 as the Lake Forest College women's golf team won by a dozen shots at the five-team Elmhurst Invite on Tuesday. The event was played at the challenging Oak Brook Golf Club in Oak Brook, Illinois.

Foresters Defeat Edgewood in Dual MatchApril 17, 2016Led by senior Alex Dunn, Lake Forest had the top four scores and defeated host Edgewood College 363 to 484 in a dual match on Sunday.

Lake Forest Opens Spring by Defeating EckerdMarch 12, 2016Junior Allie Girard returned to the lineup and led the Forester women's golf team to a 387-414 victory over Eckerd College at the St. Petersburg Country Club in Florida on Saturday.

Another Fantastic Fall in the ForestNovember 24, 2015Two Forester teams captured Midwest Conference championships and another advanced to the NCAA Tournament in the fall of 2015. Lake Forest's eight fall sports combined for a .606 overall winning percentage and a .744 mark in league play. Individual Foresters earned 29 all-conference honors and set or tied 24 program records.

MWC Tournament PreviewOctober 01, 2015Aldeen Golf Club in Rockford, Illinois, will be the site of the 2015 Midwest Conference Women's Golf Tournament this weekend. The three-day event begins on Friday and the Foresters will be looking to improve upon their sixth-place finish a year ago.

Foresters Defeat Lakeland in First Home Event of the SeasonSeptember 24, 2015The Lake Forest College women's golf team was 31 strokes better than visiting Lakeland College at Foss Park Golf Course in nearby North Chicago on Thursday. Freshman Kalay Kotasek and senior Alex Dunn tied for the best score of the event with matching rounds of 87.

Lake Forest Predicted to Finish Sixth in the LeagueAugust 21, 2015The Midwest Conference released the 2015 MWC Women's Golf Preseason Coaches Poll on Friday and Lake Forest College was listed sixth. The Foresters finished fifth at last year's conference tournament.
