Ryan Mount joined the Forester track and cross country coaching staff in the spring of 2023.
Lake Forest set 15 program records during the 2022 indoor and outdoor track seasons. Twenty Foresters contributed to the team's point total at the 2023 Midwest Conference Indoor and/or Outdoor Championship Meets.
A 2022 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, Mount spent two seasons on the Falcon cross country team and one in track. He competed primarily in the distance events.
