Foresters Defeat Monmouth at MWC Tournament before Falling to Grinnell in FinalApril 24, 2015The Lake Forest College men's tennis team edged out Monmouth College 5-4 in the semifinals of the 2015 Midwest Conference Tournament on Friday but fell 5-0 to Grinnell College in the final later in the day. Sophomore Ellis Lora-Arceo defeated the Fighting Scots' #3 singles player in three sets to send the Foresters to their first conference tournament final since 2010.

Lake Forest Begins Midwest Conference Play 1-1March 28, 2015The Forester men's tennis team blanked Cornell College 9-0 before falling 6-3 to Grinnell College at the Racquet Club of Lake Bluff on Saturday. Lake Forest freshman Dan Pivonka posted three victories on the day, including one over the 19th-ranked player in the region.

After dropping a 7-2 decision to Oglethorpe University early in the day, the Foresters were defeated 8-1 by the College of Wooster in the evening.
