The Lake Forest College women's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on Sunday.
The Foresters' lone point of the match came at #3 singles, where sophomore Margaret Bugnacki lost the first set 6-1 but won the second 6-3. She came out on top 10-7 in the third set super tiebreaker so avoid a Warhawk sweep.
Lake Forest fell to 1-2 on the young season while Whitewater remained undefeated after five matches.
The Foresters will host Milwaukee School of Engineering Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.
