Lake Forest had the top five scores and prevailed 350-472 at Greensboro College on Wednesday.
The Foresters were led by sophomore Faith Jung's 84 on the 5,801-yard, par-72 Bryan Park Champions Course in Browns Summit, North Carolina. Jung birdied the 330-yard, par-4 11th and added six pars during her round.
Junior Cece Cruz was next with a round of 87 that included a birdie and seven pars. Freshman Sophia Levinson was third with a season-best 89 and sophomore Amanda Lee fourth with a 90. Forester freshman Isabel Doane was also ahead of each player from Greensboro with a round of 98.
The dual match was played during Lake Forest's Spring Break trip.
The next event on the Foresters' 2018-19 schedule is the Judson University Invitational on April 8.
