After a four-year playing career with the Foresters, Michele Giurovici joined the team's coaching staff in 2015.
Giurovici helped lead the 2014 team to Midwest Conference regular season and tournament championships and to the second round of the NCAA Division III Tournament. She started the first nine games of the season and returned from injury to compete in the postseason. Limited by injury in three of her four years, the defender helped the Foresters post a 29-11-1 record and finished with 15 points on five goals and five assists in 41 appearances.
Successful in the classroom as well, Giurovici was a two-time Academic All-MWC honoree and majored in biology.
