The American Hockey Coaches Association released the CCM Hockey/AHCA Women's Division III All-American Teams on Thursday and Lake Forest College's Olyvia Opsahl was a Second Team West honoree.

Opsahl completed her senior season ranked tied-for-seventh in the nation with five game-winning goals. She turned in a pair of three-point performances, posted a +10 plus/minus rating on the year, and scored in six straight contests late in the season. Opsahl, a team captain in 2021-22, never missed a game in four years as a Forester and finished her career with 40 points on 14 goals and 26 assists.

In addition to earning All-American accolades, Opsahl was named All-Northern Collegiate Hockey Association and to the NCHA Slaats Cup Playoffs All-Tournament Team and NCHA All-Academic Team this month.

Opsahl is the Foresters' first All-American since Amy Budde in 2019 and the program's first defenseman to earn the honor since Kayla Griffith in 2018.
