For her performances in the Foresters' sweep of Concordia University Wisconsin, junior forward Marissa Gebauer was named the Forester Athlete of the Week on Tuesday.
In Friday's game against the Falcons, Gebauer scored two of the Foresters' first three goals and assisted on the fifth goal in the 6-1 victory.
The teams faced off again on Saturday, and Gebauer started the scoring for Lake Forest in the team's 5-3 triumph. She also assisted on the last two goals of the game.
Forester Athletes of the Week are voted for by the athletic department on Tuesdays.
