Junior goaltender Jacque Rogers added to her program record for career shutouts but the Foresters were also held scoreless in a 0-0 tie with visiting St. Norbert College on Friday.

Rogers stopped all 18 shots on goal she faced in the contest, raising her save percentage on the season to .941 and lowering her goals against average to 1.60. It was her second shutout of the year and 13th of her career, five more than any other goalie in program history.

After being doubled up 8-4 in shots on goal in the opening period, the Foresters outshot the Green Knights 36-10 the rest of the way.

The tie left Lake Forest with an overall record of 8-4-4 and a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association mark of 5-1-3. St. Norbert is now 4-10-2 overall and 3-4-2 in league play.

The same two teams will face off again Saturday afternoon at 1:00. It will be Alumni Day in Lake Forest and the annual Ry McCarthy Award presentation will be made between the first two periods.
