The Lake Forest College women's golf team placed fourth out of seven schools at the Judson Invitational on Tuesday. The tournament was played at Randall Oaks Golf Club in West Dundee, Illinois.

Freshman Gabrielle Krebs led the Foresters and finished fifth out of 57 players at the event with an 11-over 82. Her round included a birdie on the 283-yard par-4 fourth hole. Krebs has now posted Lake Forest's best score at seven of 10 tournament this year, including each of the last five, and owns a team-best scoring average of 81.88.

Fellow freshman Alijah Campbell was next on the team and tied-for-sixth overall with a round of 87. Classmates Niki Datangel (94) and Sydney Foulon (97) were tied-for-17th and tied-for-24th, respectively.

Lake Forest's team score of 360 was just three shot behind runners-up Judson University and Elmhurst and 13 away from team champion Carthage College.

The Foresters will compete in Carroll University's Brew City Battle on Sunday. The event will be played at Morningstar Golfers Club in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
