Runner-Up Finish for Foresters at Judson Invite

Lake Forest College women's golf finished second out of eight teams at the Judson Invite on Monday.

The 18-hole event was played on the 5,755-yard, par-71 course at Randall Oaks Golf Club in West Dundee, Illinois.

The Foresters fielded a team of five freshman and Gabrielle Krebs was squad's top finisher, tying for third place overall with a score of 80. Her round included eight pars and a birdie on the 148-yard, par-3 second hole.

Alijah Campbell was next on the team and tied-for-10th at the 51-player event with an 86. Sydney Foulon tied for 13th at 88, Niki Datangel tied for 22nd at 93, and Ashlyn Bhatia was 28th at 97.

Lake Forest's score of 347 was 18 shots behind team champion Elmhurst College and one ahead of third-place Aurora University.

The Foresters will play in another one-day event on Friday when they travel to New Berlin Hills Golf Course in New Berlin, Wisconsin, for the WLC (Wisconsin Lutheran College) Invitational.
