Michelle Ricolcol joined the Forester coaching staff at her alma mater prior to the 2017-18 season. She works directly with the post players and handles the team’s social media accounts.

Lake Forest posted an overall record of 13-13 and a Midwest Conference mark of 12-6 in 2018-19. The Foresters placed third in the league standings, qualifying for the four-team MWC Tournament for the second year in a row. Forward Hannah Hiland was named Second Team All-MWC, becoming the second player from Ricolcol's position group in as many seasons to attain all-conference status.

Ricolcol completed her four-year playing career at the College in 2016, finishing with 776 points, 298 rebounds, 139 assists, and 110 steals. She captained the squad as a senior and was named Second Team All-Midwest Conference following each of her final two seasons and the Team’s Most Valuable Player her senior year.

Ricolcol was also a two-year letter winner in golf, earning team captain and Most Improved Player honors along the way.

After double-majoring in art history and communication and graduating from Lake Forest in 2016, Ricolcol has worked for Ravinia Festival in Highland Park, where she began as an intern but now serves as a communications associate.

She resides in nearby Libertyville.
