The 2014-15 season will be the first on the Forester coaching staff for Kelly Davis Wenner, although she is certainly familiar with the program. Her son, Zachary Wenner, was a four-year swimmer and 2014 graduate of the College.

Wenner has been involved in the swimming arena for 40 years, including several coaching in the Chicago Park District and at Mt. Caramel High School. In addition, she is still competing at the state and national level in Masters.

She graduated from Miami University (Ohio) in 1988 with a bachelaro's degree in health and sports studies. She also specialized in nutrition. The 2008 inductee into the Miami University Athletic Hall of Fame led her college team to four Mid-American conference championships and had multiple individual titles. She set league records in the 400-IM, 500-freestyle, 1000-freestyle, and 1650-freestyle. She also competed in the 200-butterfly and was one of the team captains as a senior.
