Helena Blumenau '23 Named Second Team CSCAA Individual Scholar All-American

The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) recently announced their selections for individual scholar all-american honors, and Helena Blumenau '23 was named Second Team CSCAA Individual Scholar All-American.

To be named to the First-Team Scholar All-America, student-athletes must achieve a minimum GPA of 3.50 and participate in their respective national championship. Second-Team selections also earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher and met the "B" time standard for the national championship or participated in a diving zone qualification meet. Blumenau earned an NCAA B-Cut in the 200-backstroke with a time of 2:03.06.

The CSCAA recognized a total of 2,290 (1,270 women and 1,020 men) swimmers and divers as Scholar All-Americans for the 2022-23 season; 561 (265 women and 296 men) of those athletes represented Division III teams.
