Continuing their tradition of excellence in the classroom, the Lake Forest College women's swimming and diving team earned Scholar All-America honors for their efforts during the spring semester after posting a combined GPA of 3.74, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced Wednesday.
The Forester women have claimed the Scholar All-America status for 23 out of the last 24 semesters.
The CSCAA selected 714 teams to the Scholar All-America Team for the Spring 2023 semester. Teams were selected on the basis of their Spring 2023 team grade point averages and represent 17,445 student-athletes.
The Foresters are coached by Vadim Tashlitsky '00 and Amy Finn '12.
