The Lake Forest men's and women's swimming and diving teams defeated their Monmouth College counterparts in a dual meet on Saturday. The Foresters combined to win 20 out of 22 events.

Violet Anderson led the team on the women's side, winning every event she was entered in. The senior captain touched first in the 50-freestyle with a time of 26.18 and then went on to win the 100-freestyle in a 57.55. She was also a part of the victorious 400-freestyle relay that stopped the clock at a 3:52.64.

Freshman Amelie Andres went three-for-three in her events as well. She started the day off racing to a first-place finish in the 200-freetsyle (2:02.30) and followed that up with a win in the 100-butterfly, touching the wall at 1:01.11. She finished her meet joining Anderson on the women's 400-freestyle relay.

On the men's side, sophomore Noah McAdam also won every event he raced and, like Anderson, started his meet off with a win in the 50-freestyle (22.96). He then went on to win the second-longest race of the meet, the 500-freestyle, with a time of 5:04.75. Finally, he ended the meet racing on the men's victorious 400-freestyle relay, which stopped the clock at 3:21.96.

McAdam was joined on the relay by sophomore Ben Jacob, who, during the meet, placed first in the 200-freestyle (1:48.81) and 100-butterfly (54.22).
