A trio of Lake Forest College divers competed at the Chicago Invitational on Saturday. Forester junior Christina Pekar posted the best finish of the three, finishing second off the 1-meter board.
Pekar's score of 402.10 points was less than six points shy of first place. Fellow junior Sarah Pekar finished with 379.45 points, good for fifth place.
Forester freshman Mat Obstoj earned 359.55 points off the 3-meter board to place sixth.
Lake Forest divers will be in action again next Saturday in the Foresters' double-duel meet against Carroll University and host Lawrence University.
