Anthony Fagan joined the Forester softball staff in an official capacity prior to the 2017 season and serves as an assistant coach and the team's director of operations.
Lake Forest is 161-90-1 overall and 83-18 in Midwest Conference play in Fagan's seven seasons with the program. The Foresters earned back-to-back league titles and appearances in the NCAA Division III Tournament in 2018 and 2019 and reached the NCAA Regional Tournament final in the latter of those two seasons. They added another conference championship in 2022.
Fagan contributed to the coordination of the team's travel plans and collects and provides data to the coaching staff for scouting purposes. He also assists the head coach on the field at practices and in the dugout on game days.
A 1994 graduate of the College, Fagan has remained involved with the athletic department at his alma mater as an avid fan and by volunteering at home contests in several sports.
