Sophomore Brant Christensen won a third set super-tiebreaker but Lake Forest was defeated 8-1 by visiting Calvin College Saturday night at the Racquet Club of Lake Bluff.

The match began with the Knights taking all three doubles matches by the same 8-3 score.

The first four singles matches to finish also went to the visitors. Playing at #4, Christensen took the first set 6-3 before falling 6-1 in the second. He then came out on top of the third set super-tiebreaker 10-8 to earn the Foresters' only point of the match.

The loss dropped Lake Forest's record on the season to 2-5 while Calvin improved to 5-1.

The Foresters' next five matches will be played in Hilton Head, South Carolina, during Spring Break. Their first opponent of the trip will be Washington College on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. (ET) and the location of the match will be the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.
