Rob Weis joined the coaching staff at his alma mater in 2019.
Weis spent the 2018 season as the head Freshman A coach at Stevenson High School in nearby Buffalo Grove. His squad posted an overall record of 12-3-2 and finished first in the North Suburban Conference standings at the freshman level. He has also been the Schwaben Athletic Club U10 team and assisting with the U15 and U16 teams since 2017.
A 2012 graduate of Lake Forest College, Weis led the 2008 team as a freshman with five goals and a dozen points. He recorded a pair of assists again as a sophomore but was unable to continue his playing career due to injury. He majored in international relations with minors in politics and French while at the College.
In addition to coaching soccer, Weis is a digital marketing analyst for The Recurve, LLC.
