Game Ends in Scoreless Tie For Lake Forest

Lake Forest men's soccer played to a scoreless tie against Elmhurst College on Wednesday.

Sophomore goalkeeper Szymon Mocarski made six saves in the game and earned his first career shutout.

In the last seven seconds of regulation, the Foresters looked as if they were able to net a goal, but it was disallowed due to an offside call.

The last time the Foresters played to a scoreless tie was on September 12, 2012 when they played Edgewood College.

Wednesday's tie brings Lake Forest's record to 0-3-1.

The Foresters take the field again on Saturday, September 11 at Dominican University.
