The Kingsmen had taken the early lead at the 7:52 mark and doubled their advantage at 35:41.

After both teams attempted four shot in the first half, the Foresters had an 8-4 advantage in that category in the final 45 minutes but were unable to draw even and fell to 2-1-1 on the season. Cal Lutheran improved to 2-2-0.

After a day off, Lake Forest will play at Occidental College on Sunday. Kickoff is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. (PT).
