Senior Sal Gloria was one of three Foresters with a goal and an assist as the Lake Forest College men's soccer team won 4-1 at Wisconsin Lutheran College on Sunday.

Gloria's first goal of the season broke a 1-1 tie in the 31st minute and was assisted by sophomore Joao Godoy. It was Gloria's second career game-winning goal.

Wisconsin Lutheran had taken the early lead just eight-and-a-half minutes into the contest but the visitors pulled even less than seven minutes later on freshman Erik Truitt's third goal of the year. Truitt put in a cross from the left side of the field by sophomore Sid Babu.

Truitt assisted in the Foresters' third goal of the game and senior Amar Korac's second of 2018. The score gave Lake Forest a two-goal lead at 34:04.

The Foresters outshot the Warriors 12-4 in the opening half and 10-2 in the second.

The final goal of the contest was the first career score for Babu, who was assisted by Gloria at 55:21.

Lake Forest senior goalkeeper Tero Elias made three saves before giving way to freshman William Hagg, who held Wisconsin Lutheran scoreless for the final 11 minutes. Elias improved to 3-1-0 on the year.

The Foresters will travel to Wheaton College Wednesday night for a 7:00 start time.
