The Midwest Lacrosse Conference announced the 2023 MLC All-Academic Team on Monday and 17 Lake Forest College players were included.
To be named a member of the MLC All-Academic Team, individuals must earn a grade point average of at least 3.30 for the 2022-23 academic year.
The Foresters' list of honorees was the second-longest in the league, trailing the University of Dubuque by just one.
Winston Stock was Lake Forest's only senior and John Casey the team's lone junior on the list. The Forester sophomores recognized are Henry Baizer, Otto Baumann, Luke Bowers, Caden Elias, Trip Gaston, Max Guyott, Aidan Horn, Shelton Mudzingwa, Conor Murphy, Connor Tartaglione, and Andrew Widlar. They are joined be freshmen Ryan Dousevicz, Mario Florio, Brendan Herbert, and Brant Schuckman.
Stock, Casey, Elias, Guyott, Mudzingwa, Tartaglione, and Widlar also earned the honor after the 2022 season.
