For his role Lake Forest men's hockey's two victories over Finlandia University on Friday and Saturday, senior Cullen Kane was named as the men's Forester Athlete of the Week on Tuesday.
In the game on Friday, Kane scored on a powerplay to put the Foresters in the lead.
He also scored two goals and assisted on three more for a career-high five points in the game in the game on Saturday.
Kane led the team in points with six total points at the end of the weekend.
The Forester athletes of the week are voted for by the athletic department on Tuesdays.
