Craig Wolf

Craig Wolf returned to the Forester coaching staff as an assistant in 2021 and is now in his third season at the College. He assists the head coach in numerous aspects of the program.

Lake Forest posted a 9-7 record in Midwest Conference play and tied for fifth place in the league standings in 2021-22. The Foresters ranked among the top three in the league in field goal percentage, free throw percentage, fewest fouls, and fewest turnovers. Sean Espinosa earned First Team All-MWC accolades while Johnny Roeser was named Second Team All-MWC and MWC Newcomer of the Year.

Wolf also served as an assistant coach at the College during the 2017-18 season, when he helped lead the team to a 17-9 overall record and 13-5 mark in Midwest Conference play. The Foresters averaged 75.7 points per game and reached the semifinals of the MWC Tournament.

Prior to his first stint with the Foresters, Wolf spent a pair of seasons as an assistant varsity coach at St. Charles East High School, where he helped lead the Saints to a regional championship and the most successful two-year run in team history (40-17).

As for additional coaching experience, Wolf was the head coach of Illinois Old School, a 16U team, for a summer and spent a year as the sophomore coach at Glenbrook North High School.

Wolf has served as the video coordinator for the Northwestern University women's basketball team and as the video coordinator and director of scouting for the WNBA's Chicago Sky. He has also performed advanced scouting for four NBA or WNBA clubs over the last four years. 

Wolf is a graduate of Indiana University, where he majored in sport management and marketing.
