After averaging more than 87 points in their last three games, the Forester offense went cold Tuesday night in an 86-52 loss to visiting St. Norbert College.

Junior guard Sean Espinosa and freshman wing Reece Taylor were the home team's only players in double figures with 11 and 10 points, respectively. Junior wing Michael Drew Jr. led the squad with seven rebounds and senior win Aram Arslanian with four assists.

Lake Forest entered the game ranked third in the nation in shooting percentage at 50.9 percent but connected on just 41.3 percent of shots on Tuesday. St. Norbert was at 53.1 percent and had a 37-28 edge in rebounds and nine fewer turnovers on the evening.

A 10-0 run by the visitors made it a 14-point game at 26-12 in the opening period and the margin was again 14 at 37-23 when the teams went to the locker room at halftime. A pair of three-Forester pointers to open the second half cut the deficit to eight but the home team got no closer. The difference was 11 points after a Taylor jumper with 12:41 remaining but St. Norbert outscored the home team 38-15 the rest of the way.

The Foresters fell to 8-7 overall and 5-3 in Midwest Conference play while St. Norbert improved to 14-2 overall and remained perfect at the halfway mark of the 18-game league schedule.

Lake Forest will play at Monmouth College Saturday afternoon at 3:00.
