A 10-2 Lake Forest run in the second half extended the lead to a game-high 22 points (63-41) as the Foresters cruised to victory and improved to 7-13 overall and 5-10 in the Midwest Conference this season. Knox fell to 1-18 overall and 1-13 in the league.

Lake Forest will travel to Ripon College on Wednesday for a 7:00 p.m. tip-off.
