The Lake Forest College men's basketball team was defeated 85-78
at Calvin College in the consolation game of Calvin's Tip-Off

Calvin scored the game's first eight points and the Foresters
rattled off the next nine for the first of 14 first half lead
changes. Lake Forest led by as many as five points and Calvin by
nine in the period, which ended with the home team ahead 49-44.
The margin reached nine points again early in the second half
before a 13-2 Forester run put the visitors ahead 65-63 with nine
minutes to play. A Calvin three-pointer with less than six minutes
left on the clock gave the home team the lead for good and the
Knights stretched the margin to nine points again and made seven
free throws in the final 66 seconds to secure the victory.
The Foresters will play their next game at the University of
Chicago Tuesday night (November 24) at 8:00. A live video webcast
