A.J. Jackson Named Men's Forester Athlete of the Week for Second Time

After a record-setting performance against Grinnell College on Saturday, Lake Forest football's A.J. Jackson was named men's Forester Athlete of the Week. This is his second time earning this award this season; he was named the athlete of the week previously on October 12.

The junior wide receiver had a stellar game against Grinnell on Saturday. Jackson nabbed a dozen passes and became the first player in Midwest Conference history to catch six touchdowns in a single game. He also set a school record for receiving yards with 275; this is also the fifth highest total in league history.

Jackson was also named the Midwest Conference Offensive Performer of the Week and named to the D3football.com Team of the Week for his performance.

The Foresters went on to win the game 79-0 and continue to keep their undefeated season alive.
