Forester Hall of Famer to Coach National Rugby Team

USA Rugby announced on Monday that Dave Fee, a 1999 graduate of Lake Forest College, will be the next head coach of the Men's Under-18 Sevens Junior National Team.

Fee was a program record-setting member of the Forester football team from 1995-98 and competed on the College's rugby team for three years. He went on to play for USA Rugby and finished his six-year career in 2006 as the second leading try scorer in team history. He was inducted into the Lake Forest College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2013.

Fee has been a rugby coach at several different levels, including high school, college, and national, since the end of his playing career. He spent the last two years as part of the support staff for the 2018 Boys Youth Olympic Team and the 2019 Men's PanAm Games team.
